If you are self-motivated, have some knowledge of wellness and what you need to accomplish, but would benefit from my expertise to help you actualize a plan to move forward, this program is for you.  I’ll help you find the right nutritional balance for your goals and lifestyle, work in tandem with your current medical provider’s advice and provide the support and motivation to help you achieve goals.
I was always a chunky kid although I liked physical activity. I was even a cheerleader in high school, but was the base of the pyramids.  Looking back, I realize now that my diet was terrible.  I can’t blame my family because I don’t believe they knew any better.  Meals centered around multiple carbs and meat were normal.  Veggies here and there.  Our eating habits have different factors, but the primary one comes from upbringing.
As an adult, I tried several things to release weight.  Diets, exercise, pills, potions, denial, deprivation, and paid programs. Nothing worked long term with significant results.  I resolved to believing that I would just be a heavy person and that was it. For decades I struggled.
In the early 2000’s, I came to the realization that I needed a lifestyle change, but I had no clue on what to do.  I needed help, education and ongoing support, but what I needed and desired seemed foreign to me and others.  That is why I give information relatively freely today.  I know what it feels like to be stuck.
As a trained holistic wellness nutrition professional, behavior modification specialist, coach, and author, and someone who has literally been there, I am uniquely qualified to guide you on your path to holistic wellness. I create a highly supportive environment and provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to achieve your full potential.  Not only do I have theory, but practical experience which is sometimes different from the books.
My personalized transformation programs can effectively support your efforts in weight release and overall well-being.  My clients are male, female and sometimes adolescents.  They all have one thing common – to take charge of their personal wellness with natural, holistic options.
